As we eagerly await the launch of WildStar, we've gone to a place where we said we would never, never go back. We have returned to the black hole that is World of Warcraft. But don't be alarmed dear friends, for WildStar is sending us our very own rocket ship (house) to escape from this black hole.

In the mean time, we must make the best of our time in this dark, abysmal place. While sitting around, doing absolutely nothing, trying to think of anything that would be of entertainment value in this hole, I found myself alt-tabbed to do some homework. (You know you've found the bottom of a black hole when you choose to do homework over gaming.) When I returned, I found my brothers in arms DEAD! Scared and alone, I did the only thing I could think of....I opened a ticket to Blizzard.

So You Want to Become a WoW Zookeeper?

I've ruined countless gnome skin boots in Stranglethorn Vale waiting for it to rain so a Baby Ape will spawn. I've developed a chronic cough from all the sand in my lungs loitering in Tanaris for Silithid Hatchlings to unburrow during a sandstorm. I've set up camp for days under hostile circumstances in Arathi Highlands waiting for a Tiny Twister to show its face while Refuge Point guards try to sabotage my efforts.

All this and I thought I was prepared, but nothing could prepare me for these words:

"Winter starts November 1st to the last day of February."

Shirley's Birthday Extravaganza!

Whoa that title sure is setting the bar high. But you should know better than to get your hopes up by now.

There were a few minor setbacks in getting ready for the celebration tonight, namely the Darkmoon Faire being out of town. Otherwise we would have hired a few clowns for the first act. But instead of cancelling the entertainment, we soldiered on in true Team Vashj form!

Our first offering of the night involves an interpretive dance in honor of Shirley's Day of Death!

Where in the World is Team Vashj??

It always seems about this time of year Team Vashj is absent from posting. Well we have legitimate reasons! ...Ok, SOME of us have legitimate reasons..

And, predictably, I am not one of them. I've been pretty lazy, and absorbed in raising dragons IRL (to those of you interested in raising your own dragon, please note they tend to breath more than just fire, especially if their dinner includes baby corn).

I tried to persuade Shirley into posting while I cleaned up after my dragon but she stockpiled chocolate after the holidays so she's not desperate enough to take my bribes. She's also become unreachable, I am told she may be in a sugar coma after an over consumption of expired sweets while on a 48 hour pet-battle bender in the Darkmoon Faire in an attempt to capture the elusive rare Darkmoon Faire Crow. Curse your chocolate hearts and a pox on your cream filled chocolate eggs!!

Kitty Got Hacked in GW2?!

While Glynnia and I were squatting in Snowden Drifts poaching Quaggans, our favorite nutcracker (Kitty!) logged on - well, who we thought was Kitty. Apparently someone hacked into her account. Per usual, Glynnia (agitated from round two of Girl Scout Cookies), started to 'professionally' inquire to cease and desist, but the hacker played dumb(er than even Glynnia).

Team Vashj tries their luck in the Fractals of the Mists

You know, sometimes I have good ideas. I'm not saying this is one of them. I'm just saying... sometimes I have them.

So now that we got that out of the way let's discuss this particular idea. Team Vashj (aka: da Cuddwy Kwoo) decided the time was right to jump into some of the "end game" offerings in Guild Wars 2. Why not? We're all level capped and Kitty's internet connection drama seems to have worked itself out... What sort of end game offerings you may ask? Well the sort that usually requires a full group of five people that have some understanding of their class abilities and what to expect in scripted combat.

 We have four part-time clueless, but full-time full-throttle players that wanna see this "end game" shat anyway.

Last night the Cuddwy Kwoo set out on yet another Mission: Impossible. With their sights set on Bravost Escarpment they bravely marched forth against the forces of Emery Bay and Dragonbrand to battle it out. Who will arise victorious and claim Bravost Escarpment for their guild?

It's already been a whole day since Guild Wars 2 shoveled the snow, packed up the tree, and took down the lights (things I haven't done). Lion's Arch just isn't as exciting without all those jerks pelting me with snowballs every time I run through. So to fill the void I bring you the third installment of "How to World Vs. Yeah that was an uninspired post title. Good to see that even if the years change there are still some things that never will. Eh, as I like to say; we're nothing if not consistent!

Today, friends, we all suffer a tremendous loss due to the closure of all the Hostess Brands factories shutting down. Like most things in America, you can blame the unions and mismanagement for this epic failure. Since you know, it's not like they weren't selling product... LOOK AT US.

Once we have properly mourned the passing of the legendary gamer fuel supplier we will have to dig deep to answer the burning question on everyone's mind; What do we do now?

Well, I guess there's always Mountain Dew and Doritos...

Our Mom Plays - World of Warcraft

Happy Halloween everyone! Remember the good old days of Trick or Treating (IRL)? Depending on your perspective, you might be in for a treat!

This is the first installment of a new series we like to call "Our Mom Plays". I think it's pretty self-explanatory, but seeing as how I'm long-winded, here's an explanation anyway. A while ago Shirley and I were able to convince our mom to create a trial account for World of Warcraft.

Well, our mom loves the Sinister Squashling pet that is only obtainable during the Hallow's End world event and she could no longer resist the urge to have one of her very own so she set out with our help to attempt to visit all the candy buckets in Azeroth to collect enough Tricky Treats to buy one.
